Try your local college they have students who work under supervision they cover hair nails and make up. They know all the latest products and use them. All you pay for is the materials that are used. They are the hairstylists and beauticians of the future and need our support.

I don't know about wigs, but I think debenhams offers free makeovers. I'm sure if you spent long enough in any department store make up department you would get offered tonnes of free trials.
