could do a vinegar power drink. i love vinegar so I don't mind the taste, but if you don't like the taste try it once or twice and see how it invigorates you. It's lukewarm or cool water with about 3-7 tablespoons vinegar (depending on your taking to the vinegar). some drink it like this or some add a tablespoon of honey.

Water is the best thing to drink in the morning. You're probably feeling sluggish or sleepy because you're dehydrated. Your body is craving water.

A tall glass of very cold water, sipped slowly and all at once, will wake you up faster and with less headache than coffee.

I make this awesome smoothie, ingredients may vary by today it was: magno, blueberries, strawberries, melon, apple, and carrots and a cup of vanilla yogurt with six icecubes, makes enough for two large glasses, and kicks you in the butt realy nicely. Blender may work, but I use a vitamix, and it comes out like the smooties you pay five bucks for.
