especially amber my hair is losing its color and has missed spots where i colored it before. i had heard alot of the stars use fillers to make their hair come out even.

Go to a professional. YES, fillers are used for even coloring. If you mess with your hair too much you will lose control of the chemistry and you won't get anywhere near what you want. Be safe and go to a professional.
