I am assuming that you are asking why do some people have a hard time seeing that God exist? Wish I had an answer.
The evidence for God is so overwhelming that the vast majority of mankind throughout all of history and ever culture has believed that god(s) exist. (Some debate on the details - but they know he exist). Many are so convinced of his existence that they give their lives - both literally and figuratively in service - to him.
My question is always what has blinded a person to the point where they can't see him?

If that is your Kindergarten way of asking, "Why doesnt God reveal himself each day and everyday to the world"........
The answer is that he has revealed himself numerous times throughout our history, but who accepts the testimony of people that have come before us and experienced him?
Also that being in the presence of God isnt everything you think it might be. People were afraid for their lives and still didnt follow him! Miracles and Gods presence doesnt always lead to repentence and forgiveness; it only serves benfit to the people that have faith and have a heart for God.

God does see everything, but he does not do it in that fashion. What he looks for is the things we do wrong. He Is our creator and knows our every move. Praise the Lord!!
