I guess, you need to use salon beauty products, and maybe invest in a straightener.

the shampoos you are currently using are very harsh, and will only increase hair damage. You need to get a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner either from a proffessional salon or a health food store. There are several which are very inexpensive.Make sure it says for dry hair on the bottle and look for ones without sodium laurel sulfate.Oils will also help, before bedtime u can apply the oil to ur sisters ends and have her sleep with a shower cap,u can use olive oil, coconut oil even jojoba oil.Her hair is very damaged and needs deep conditioning, look for a deep conditioner and let it sit on the hair overnight.use a shower cap.Consider also going to a salon for a deep oil treatment to repair the ends of the hair, leave in conditioners will also tame the frizz.

Try checking out this link here, it is a hair salon located in New York, but they sell the products that they use on these customers online. The before and after pics show great results, and as you can see - it works on various ethnicities. Hope this helps!!

when you get out of the bathe towel dry it a splash, positioned some anti frizz serum in it (i like John Freida Frizz ease, or mattress Head woman Toys Serum) and separate it into 4 even sections and braid one and all. Why do you basically straighten it as quickly as a month? Is it to stay away from harm? if so, basically get a warmth taming spray and use that till now you iron it. wish i might desire to help!

Go buy Creme of Nature Shampoo and Conditoner. Dont use anything to add stiffness to her hair like, gels, hairsprays. Use a oil sheen spray to add moisture. Dont buy those drug store shampoos there no good for her grade of hair. Go to a beauty supply store to find the above shampoo and conditoner.

Try using a little heat from a curling iron to smooth out the frizzies.
Use after hair is dry.

Go to Sally Beauty supply and have someone there recommend products. Or go to a cosmotologist who specializes in Black hair (it does not matter whether or not she is black) to make recommendations.

Please stop using Panete and all of those cheap products that you named. Use Johnsons and Johnsons' baby shampoo. They are some that are moisturizing and work even better. Also, you a Johnsons and Johnsons detangler.
