ok more in detail the girl was one of my dads students and liked me alot i was with another girl engaged to her and one i was drunk and she had said she would take me home that is when it happend i guess she called me 4 months later to say she gave me ex and was pregnaunt... i did not consint at all and never would

Yes a girl can rape a guy. Rape is considered any sexual activity that does not have the consent of both partners. You can actually have this girl arrested because its illegal to do, although you might need some evidence showing that you didn't agree to have sex with her. Sorry and I hope this helps! GOOD LUCK

Yes, a person under the effects of a mind altering substance, ie alcohol, X, weed......ect. can not give consent for sex.
Get a lawyer!!!! THis can haunt you the rest of your life.
Saying "you cant rape the willing" or "its your fault, you should've worn a condom" does not apply if you were drugged. Date rape can and does work both ways.
Rape of a man by a woman has been proven in courts of law. (not just sodomy) The male arousal response is involuntary and can not be controled. ( No matter how much we want to. ;) )
All the rules that apply to the classic rules for rape still apply.
If a guy gave a girl X and got her pregnant, it would still be rape. Even if she never said "No".

Tough one, I'd have to say yes but i don't know how they would, if the guy didn't want it and had good self control she wouldn't be able to get it up and therefore couldn't. Now drugging someone and having sex with them (like date rape) yes.
Now don't go claiming no kid until you have a paternity test done to prove it is yours. Never take a girls word for it do you know how scandalous most of these females are, if it is yours, sorry but don't blame the kid it wasn't their fault step up to the plate and try to be the best dad you can be. )

No. Rape is not recognised by law as something that a female can do to a man. Depending on the circumstances of what happened between you and this female it could be classed as sexual assault, although if she is already pregnant it seems that this is something that has happened a while ago. You need to address the situation now. If you honestly believed the circumstances behind her pregnancy happened while you were under duress then you need to seek counselling and speak to the Police. Ecstacy alone would not be considered sexual assault, however she could be interviewed by the police for supplying illegal substances.

The thing about that is anyone can be raped realisticly but a guy being raped by a girl and the guy really meaning that he was raped isnt common. But yeah a guy can be raped by a girl esp. if you have a big amazon woman and your little and fragile she could take advantage of you, then at that point I would say go lift some weights.

If she gave you the E without you knowing it (which I highly doubt) then it is technically a form of rape (sex under false pretences). However, my answer to the broader question, is yes a girl can rape a guy. My partner was raped, and he is a big guy - it isn't always about force, usually drugs.
Are you just saying this because you don't want to take responsibility? (sp?)

I girl can rape a guy, but of course the guy has to have a erection. Maybe when you were on Ecstasy you slept with her without remembering the grim details. I have heard it's hard for guys to ejacualte when they are on a mind altering drug like that. Were you just partying with her or do you cross paths with her more often?

Of course a girl can rape a guy if they are strong enough or have drugged them, the reason it is never reported because there is no way a bloke is going to admit being raped!!!

It's feasible sometimes it happen,but the probability of the girl's rape in the compare to male's rape is fiddling and nugatory.But in real it's not impossible.Also if a girl or woman with weapon menace a man,(or in exception with her power) we should know in last step, it's man who become concupiscible.
It's oddson for males to rape in compare with females.
