Kelp pills are great for hair.
For moisturising and repairing damage to hair, there are a bunch of solutions.
First, increase your fat intake (yeah, I know, but really) Butter and coconut oil are the best for this. You don't need massive amounts - just a tbsp or so a day. Don't use margarine - use butter instead for everything. You can also mix the butter and coconut oil and use it as butter - tastes great. My fave is on popcorn.
Second, for a topical application - if your hair is really damaged, try putting straight olive oil, coconut oil, egg yolks or mayonnaise (or a combo of the above) on your hair. Mixing in a little avocado is great too, but a little annoying. Put a shower cap on, and leave on overnight or as long as you can.
Try to avoid washing your hair more than say, four times a week - shampoo can be really damaging, and you don't really need to wash it all that much unless it's really greasy. If your hair IS really greasy, don't use shampoo at all - use apple cider vinegar diluted in water to "wash" your hair. Baking soda is a great shampoo too - it doesn't foam, but you dilute it into water. If you like the bubbles, try mixing a few tsps of baking soda into your shampoo. Your hair will thank you!

Matrix Sleek Look is the best. Stop using Pantene because it contains alcohol and that is why your hair is dry.
