To me it is the best exercise there is...I do it daily more than 3 times a day and I have a pleasurable workout...but my tummy gets a little tighter, my thighs stay in shape, my *** gets more bigger when I have anal sex and thats about it...but either way it helps me stay looking a sexy mama.

Changes to your body, probably only if you're pregnant or have and STD. Changes to your mind, attitudes, outlook on life, perhaps.
Oh and like other people said, if you do it a lot, you burn calories.

There are no symptoms, or reactions that will be visible.
Unless you get an STD or get pregnant.
Then there will definitely be noticable changes!

nothing has ever changed on me physicaly, unless you catch a std and start having discharge and bad odor. if so see a Dr. now.

sometimes my tummy is a little tighter.. but other than that no not really.
Sometimes a little bump (bruise) but thats all
