Great question!
My favorites:
onions frying
garlic cooking in olive oil
beef roasting in the oven on a chilly, rainy Sunday afternoon
pork roasting
turkey cooking on Thanksgiving Day
fresh coffee being brewed
Christmas dinner
toast
bacon frying
cinnamon
bread baking
chocolate cake baking
oatmeal raisin cookies baking
There is a room spray you can buy now that has some of the more yummy aromas in it. I have heard that real estate agents use it when they want to show a "difficult" property!
An agent my friends once used suggested that about 30 minutes before your house is shown, you should put a chocolate cake in the oven, especially on a RAINY or snowy day. Really helps to sell the house! Amazing. Maybe the agent was just hungry.
ENJOY!

Any of the traditional Mexican or Italian smells. Cumin or Oregano if you're looking for specifics.
