This is exactly the kind of stuff that makes me think the afterworld can't be like Christians describe.

What's the problem?
If the murderer has repented, surely the victim will forgive him also. After all, the victim got to be in Heaven longer!

No one knows!!!!

People say that there will no tears in Heaven. This is not quite true.
What it says is that all tears will be wiped away, which, to my way of thinking, means that there will be some.
I believe that there will be confrontations ( perhaps a sort of purgatory) in which everything will get sorted out:
husbands and wives who never spoke a civil word to each other for fifty years, crime victims and the perpetrators who later repented, soldiers who were on opposing forces, the list goes on.

The "amnesia" referred to above, is predicted in the Bible....
Aquinas believed that we will remember the past as mere historical fact, without grief or remorse.

The victim will only be in heaven if he had forgiven the believer (let's no longer call him murderer) So they'll praise God together at how he works miracles and unbelievable things like this :) God Bless You! Have a nice day!

Lets recall the Psalm 139 states that "all my days are written in your book." Thus, God was well aware that you were destined to be murdered by a God fearing repentant scum bag.... Therefore, you must have ddone something to incur the wrath of God, so you are likely not in Heaven regardless.

Namely cuz Heaven doesnt exist, as neither does the Idea of god.....but from a philosophical standpoint, thats my two cents...

well, first, the after the murderer repents, if he or she is not already in jail, they should confess and turn themselves in. And be willing to submit to whatever punishment even death.

I think after a bit of heaven the victim would be at peace.

Maybe the victim will forgive the murderer because everybody deserves a chance to start a new life or they will just fight

The Judeo-Christian idea of heaven requires a kind of amnesia. What about if you go to heaven and your sibling or spouse goes to hell; doesn't that also require that you forget about them and their suffering in order to live eternal happiness? It's just not feasible to include infinite forgiveness with eternal damnation, free will with blind acceptance, eternal love and joy with seperation and pain (of those you care about). Any cursory thought rids an honest person of biblical religion.

They will greet each other like brothers who had a disagreement a long time ago that has been covered over by their love for one another and is no longer remembered.

Here's what Saint Stephen said when unbelieving Jewish people were murdering him.

Acts 7:59 And as they were stoning Stephen, he called out, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit." 60 And falling to his knees he cried out with a loud voice, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them." And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

The murderer takes a deep breath and gives it to the one he murdered. The sun comes out casting light and warmth on their faces. They are smiling but crying wildly. Together they dance harmoniously on the beach while holding French Fries and jellyfish.
