Oh my goodness.... I would certainly recommend consulting with a nutritionist, as you have many things going on at once. Because you have diabetes, nutritional counseling is most likely covered on your insurance plan. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask what your benefits are for nutritional counseling. They should have a list of in-network providers for you.
I'm also including a link to find a nutritionist, as well as some on celiac's and diabetes...
Best of luck!

Good Lord, what rotten luck!! Actually the celiac disease and lactose intolerance are the easiest 2 to live with, there are tons of good foods out on the market so you never feel like you're missing anything. My daughter also has these conditions, and it's not always easy but it certainly can be done and you'll feel so much better for following the guidelines. You can possibly control the diabetes with diet, you need to consult with a dietician to make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need since there are so many things you must avoid. There are things you can do for a herniated disc, maybe therapy or surgery. Good luck!!

Try Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Great information, fabulous food.
It should be avaialbe at your local library. If not, it's on eBay and at amazon and half.com. There's also a yahoo group called discussingnt - wonderful, helpful people.

Well you are just all jacked up - I would do with what your diseases tell you - a diary, wheat, and sugar-free diet. So start a meat and vegetable diet and start getting used to corn flakes and soy products and make sure to take fiber supplements and a multi-vitamin. No bread, flour, sweets, milk, cheese, etc.

I think you should have a talk with your doctor. He/She would know the best way to do that for you.
