When I asked my "Q" about my back this happened. I am disalusioned . I'm very sorry people jump to conclusions w/out all the facts or any knowelge of the situation . why do people try to hurt others ? Especially in the catogory of mental health ! I am a mature , bright , honest , caring , loving person who has never purposely tried to take atvantage of anyone . I also have great respect for my Dr. / surgen . I do think that perhaps like the guy who was accusing , he doesn't see how something else could be wrong . Before this accident I was a fairly happy , hard working women, who tries to give people the benifit of the doubt before jumping to conclusions. Too bad everyone can't do that more often . What do you think . I am interested in all answers. And this time I will perhaps be prepared for negitive people.

Yeah, there are a lot of hurtful people in the world. Every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back. Here's a thought to hopefully brighten your day:
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.

I read the comment and your question. I don't feel that he was accusing you of anything, I do think that it can be construed as such though. He says he's in the medical field, that doesn't necessarily mean he's a licensed person, or even an educated one. He does bring up valid points though. There is clinical research that show''s how a person reacts to pain medications, especially opiods. You really should check with a pain management clinic, he is right. I do not think he was meaning the comment to be negative. Just honest. Good luck with your problems though, I really hope you figure out what is wrong. Just to let you know, if you aren't using a neurologist as your back doctor, you may want to switch, they know the most about the nervous system.

You haven't said what he was accusing you of or what you asked about. But a person in the medical field would still have a good idea what to say to a person even without all the information, just as a detective would have a reasonably deduced opinion about a potential criminal they've just spoken to for a moment.
If you are interested in all answers, then you would recognize some people will not agree with your assessments of yourself or life.
It is difficult to know just what might upset a person though, so people should be careful how they speak to the mentally ill, but that doesn't mean sparing the truth or encouraging them to have a negative perspective. I hope you will continue to be hard working and caring, and that you will find good answers on here in with the bad, as we all do. Good luck.

I was thinking about this the other day. I am a person who can offend many people, with out even trying. I am very sarcastic, and love to play around with people on here who ask stupid questions. I do enjoy offending others. Not is R&S, but in other subjects. I need to work on that. When I answer questions on R&S though, I always post a scripture, so that people know the information isn't from me. It's from the bible. I found that answering questions here as helped me navigate Watchtower Library better. Thanks for helping me examine myself. There were some question you asked that I had not thought of before.

i did not see your 1st question, but unfortunately, there are insensitive, callous jerks everywhere in life. try not to let the morons here get to you. there are a few of us who enjoy giving practical advice or personal experience help.
it is really an entertainment site, and sadly many find it important to give cruel remarks, where it is clearly not appropriate.
