Tuna is a good brain food. Probably because there is so much dolphin in it, and you know how smart they are.

Most foods with omega-3 fatty acids are considered great for the brain (your brain is almost completely fat). studies show that they help brains work better. They help kids brains grow and develop better, increasing their ability to retain and recall knowledge. Your body can make most of what u absolute need to live, but some various vitamins and amino acids can only be found by eating certain foods. fish, and more specifically tuna are a great source of Omega-3. Cod liver oil used to be given to kids to help them stay healthy, but modern science has proved it too work. If that sounds a little too nasty for you (I avoid it,) then consider a tuna sandwich.
In the end the best foods for your brain are a balanced diet, but as I said you cant go wrong with tuna

Well i think it is fish. Of course all foods must contribute something to the brain as long as they are providing proper nutrition, but i have always heard that fish is the brain food.
