Or gift certificates. Or maybe enroll her in some charity or organization that she feels strongly about. I hear that's become a real popular thing for wedding and grad gifts, etc.
The nice thing about money... well they used to say it was "impersonal" but how much more personal can you get than giving her the means to do or buy absolutely whatever she wants? *lol* (What's "impersonal?" Ten bucks. What's a "great gift" or a "personal"? Forty or more. *lol*)

My daughter will be 15 in January so I've been thinking about this exact topic. Here are some ideas I had:
1. Pocketbook-She can never have too many.
2. Cell phone minutes-She has a prepaid cellphone.
3. Money-The gift that never goes out of style.
4. Perfume-That's So Raven, Brittney Spears brands, JLo's brands, etc.
5. Bath & Body Works products-lotions, gels, sprays, etc.
6. Outfit from any store-Ross, Marshall's, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, Old Navy, TJMaxx, JCPenney, Goody's, etc.
7. Jewelry-Rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. Try Claire's, Icing, or any other accessory stores.
8. CDs-Any of her favorite artists.
These are just some suggestions. Hope they help!

If you know what she likes get her something related. Money is always an option. A gift card is a little more personal.

properly i think of jewelry are great presents...yet different than rings hmm. you may make her a fleece knot blanket its exceedingly hassle-free. in simple terms look up the guidelines at right here or by different seek engines. they are relaxing to make and he or she will have the capacity to get a great use out of it too. different than that...clothing, books, music, scrapbook equipment, ect. stable luck!
