First off don't waste your time waiting for this guy to dump his girlfriend for you that's like dating a married guy waiting for him to get a divorce, he just wants you hanging around so he wont be alone if and/or when they break up. Secondly keep your mouth shut, all you have is rumors, no facts, if you can't back it up with actually facts then don't say nothing cause it could come back and bite you in butt. And by facts i mean see it with your own eyes etc. not what someone else says ok

You have to stay out of it because you don't know anything for sure so it would just be gossip. If you are wrong then it makes you look bad and like you are out to get her.
You also need to just sit back and be his friend. Let his relationship with her run its course and when he is done with her, he is free to date you. In the meantime, just be his friend and hang back a little. Do your own thing and don't appear to be desperately waiting for him.
Good Luck!

I dont understand why if he is not happy with her he just does not break up with her now. Why should you have to wait for him to decide to leave her. If he wants to be with you, I think he should be with you now.
If you do decide to tell him what is going on, I think that you should know for sure, before you say anything. If you are wrong it will look like you did it to break them up. And if it comes to be that is it true and you tell him, dont worry about him being mad, he will get over it and realize that you were trying to help him.

Don't say anything you'll end up looking real stupid if you're wrong. The only thing you can do right now is continue to be there for him you don't want to be the blame for their break-up so continue to do what you do just don't sit back waiting on him to break up with her have you fun if its meant to be it will be

I don't think you should tell him. Let him find out on his own. Because if you tell him, he may think you're trying to break them up so the 2 of you can be together.

Maybe he just needs someone to talk to. You should try to warn him and tell him that if he can't trust her, is she really worth to keep as girlfriend at all? Tell him how important trust is and he might just snap out of it. But if you want him to move on with you, you shouldn't rush and lay all pressure on him, I mean he just broke up with his girlfriend, right? Wait 'till he's ready.

If you are sure about his girlfriend cheating, and you have a close relationship with him, then I think you should tell him as a friend.
