True Christain that is grown in the Lord will not try to cram something down someone's throat, I agree that a very young Christain, that has just begun his journey with the Lord, is over-zealous. I use to be one of them, but it was done by being zealous, I have been serving God now for over 36 yrs. I don't even talk about God unless I am asked. A person can learn a lot in 36 yrs. You can't brand every Christain with what some younger ones in the Lord does.

True, and if you are talking about those who try to stuff "God" down your throat, then you are absolutly right. God gave us a free will to choose. If you had the choice of a full meal or an all you can eat candy bar, what would you pick. In turn, God gives you a choice what you will fill yourself with........either with him or with the world. But we are still going to offer the full meal, it is just up to you whether you want to take it or not.
