help...im nearly 38, and for a few years now, usually around period time, i get a few pimples on my chest.I pop them, and its over and done with, but lately, I have noticed that they seem to become infected. I use clearasil wipes and germolene but nothing seems to help.I am on medication and wonder if it could be anything to do with that,(paroxetine). Also, my back is covered in spots that seem to be just under the surface, they dont amount to anything. I have actually been left with little scars/bruises.....can anyone suggest what I can use on them to stop them going that way? Bit gruesome I know, but someone please suggest something to use please.

Well ist off all dont squeeze spots or pimples leave left alone or they will get infected as your hands always carry bad bacteria.Go to your chemist or gp /dr and he may be able o give you somehing for these, also this maybe also to do with a bad eating ,do you eat alot off junk food ? Try changing your eating habits to more healthy.Good Luck

use Proactive-the whole system. i swear by it since it works. also, use the cleanser, toner, and reapiring lotion all over your back or chest where you might have a breakout occur.
