Or looking in the mirror? Drunk? What's going on when God speaks to you? Holing a putt on the Golf Course?

This is the truth and I swear I'm not on medication or need to be... whenever I feel that God is pointing out some kind of reality or truth, I hear a popping noise in my ear and I feel great joy. I feel that that is when God is talking to me.

Yes, I have been laughing before when God has spoken to me – even walking, sleeping, eating and anything else. First off, you have to know that not every conversation you have with God is bad or a chastisement (although some can be), others can be fun and lighthearted as well.

I recall one time, I was walking with a friend down a sidewalk and she telling me how embarrassed she was about a conversation she had with a guy she liked. I told her to not worry about it, it was not really that bad and could have been worse. She said no, and that God must have been laughing at her and teasing her… LOL. I laughed and said no but we all got to learn to lighten up every now and then. She said it was not funny and that it COULD NOT have been any worse. I told her it could have been a lot worse and to be glad that awkward conversation was all that happened.

Well she kept on complaining, and then the same guy she liked walked past us on the opposite side of the street and just then her skirt was blown up by a sidewalk air vent! ROFL! She had on light blue underwear, and the guy saw it and laughed a little. I was dieing! She was really embarrassed then (but I told her) and in the end her and the guy ended up going together. He had always liked her, which I knew already. But that goes to show you God does not always need to talk in words when he talks to you.

Metaphorically speaking God tends to talk to you the loudest when you're doing something you shouldn't. I couldn't for people who've actually had conversations with the man upstairs but if it's like his other interventions it's on his schedule not yours. If you're expecting a call from the devine you might just live your life with the expectation that you're going to be interrupted when you're least ready for it.

I find it difficult to imagine one able to express hilarity when it strikes one that the the biblical Pericletus (John 16:7) is speaking to them. Maybe some can but I can't.

What's going on when He speaks?
Still moments.
Sitting in church.
Driving.
Reading His Word.
Various situations.

I've yet to hear God speak at all.
I don't think the God that made all this happen does speak.
But if God does decide to start then I will listen.

I'd laugh if you said any gods were speaking to you and refer you to one of my lovers who is a psychiatric nurse. One patient claimed God told her to discard all of her money, so it was found in the toilet. A man said God told him to kill all women, so he tried to run one down with his car. Hearing voices is a common sign of psychosis, and often, these voices say they are God or gods. I am sane, so I never hear any imaginary voices.

Yes because he already knows what you're thinking before it comes out your mouth. When its still in your mind. Remember God had already known about us before we were conceived also he and only he knows exactly how many hairs are on our head.

You have to be Laughing/Smiling when GOD speaks. Otherwise you will drown in your sworrows and you will not listen what GOD has to say.
