If your talking about removing the company logos on the bikes your going to have issues because they probably clear coated over the logos so they would not come off easily. If they are chipping then you are looking at a clear coat over the sticker itself.
If you really want the sticker off your looking at having to sandblast the frame to its bare metal and then repainting it. If you like the paint job on the bike as it is then your sorta stuck with the logo on the bike.

If there isnt a clear coat on top of the decal slowly work at picking them off a piece at a time, this is the safest way and you will have to be VERY careful not to scratch the paint or powder with your fingernail doing so.
Do NOT use a hair dryer OR Nail polish remover OR a credit card OR Wd-40,Do not use anything but goo gone and a soft cloth to remove the stickyness left afterwards.

Whyyyyyyyyyyy oh why are you taking the stickers off? First off all to cyclists that just screams "I stole this bike that's why the stickers are off look closely and if it looks like the one you lost ..... beat me up".
and if your bike is carbon you are damaging the frame to a dangerous level.
Leave the stickers on and be proud of the bike you bought.
You did buy it right???? Even used, it's yours? OK.
Now, If you don't like the decals get it professionally powder coated.

Trek, Specialized, Giant, Litespeed, Cervelo, Cannondale, Colnalgo, Pinarello, Moots, Look, Time, Merckx, De Rosa Next is mass market junk. There are two versions of Mongoose. Mongoose Pro is bicycle shop quality and the better of the two. The other is just called Mongoose and is the mass market version (cheaper).

Try a bit of white spirit. Its a bit stinky but it should get rid of gum. Pour a bit on a soft cloth and try and lift the stickers at the edges, so the spirit gets underneath.

Acetone, nailpolish remover, if they are decals. It won't take the paint off, just the decal. If they are stickers, use a hairdryer to warm, and then peel.

You can try warming them up with a hair dryer. You must first check if the stickers are above or under the paint or powdercoat.
If they're above, do what I mentioned. If under, leave them.

alot of manufacturers clear coat over top of their decals now making it damn near impossible to remove them if they are not use a credit card to start the decal and pull gently and evenly to completely remove it to get rid of the residue left behind use WD-40 . if there clear coated your best bet is to just paint over it. I'm assuming you have a fairly high end bike and are trying to avoid having it stolen.

Use 'Goo Gone', 'Oops' or Avon's 'Skin So Soft' - they work great! If you don't have those there, you can try vodka: saturate a rag & rub it on the sticker till loose, then remove.
