Would you prefer the "truth" over something thats "dishonestly sweet" said just to make you happy??

i prefer the truth, because i feel i have a pretty accurate view of myself and who i am. If someone thinks differently i want to know, b/c that way i can either change something, or say
"i don't care, this is how i am."

Without a doubt. I find that even when the truth hurts finding out you've been lied to hurts 10 times more.

I prefer brutal honesty over lying any day. The truth might hurt but it's necessary.

truth....it may hurt more at first, but it's the only way you will be able to grow as a person. How else will you know what mistakes you made?

It dpends. This isnt specific so hard to tell. Truth is great when people arent hurt by it.
