Ok either she isn't enjoying sex or there is a serious health problem. She may say it hurts to get out of it, you need to talk to her about it, find out the real problem. I promise its never going to stop hurting unless you pinpoint it. Otherwise man your screwed. If that isn't it then she could have a health problem, an infection, or syndrome or even cancer. My now husband has a very big well ya he used to hurt me as well.

people said well your just not ready enough and need lube and making comments like that.

My doctor said that if i was not ready to have a child "to stretch me out" I might try getting a big dildo one that is a couple of sizes bigger and use it to stretch myself out.

It does get better just remember to go slow and let her get used to the stretching sensation. It does get easier.

Try some foreplay.

Make sure she is plenty wet, and if not, use plenty of lube.
