That isn't really all that hot but it might feel hot in the Algarve as it is humid. I went to Seville last year and it was over 100. Boy was is hot with that humidity. But I lived in Afghanistan and it was 55C so I guess about 130 F or something and it was hot but not like 100 felt in Dubai where it was humid. I like dry heat.
