The best way for me is communication and action, for instance after sex lay together and have a good talk and share good momments or even during sex ill let you know or you let me know what you like and where. And if your going to do something show it dont talk about it. And of course there is 2 having sex not one so both need the climax. Sure we like mussy stuff sometimes but when we get it the reward is good.

find out how to pleasure yourself, your triggers then find a man/woman who can flip those triggers too, if they can't, move on to the next, but if you don't find a person to do it for you, at least you can survive on your own.
