Try find a recipe for ice cream that doesn't need an ice cream maker. Or how about smoothies?

yes, you can freeze milk... the recipe that comes to mind for alot . and i mean alot of milk is rice pudding...
fix your regullar white rice according to directions on package
then start adding milk, slowly , stir almost constantly to avoid burning, ( scalding), you will add vanilla to taste and at the end of cooking( like the last 5-10 min.) you may add a little bit of sugar if you add any sooner your pudding will be more likely to burn.
this usually takes about 4 hours in front of the stove and a gallon or two of milk, remember to add your milk slwly, cook down then add more until oh so very smooth and creamy... takes alot of time but when done probably it is sooooo worth it

bread pudding takes a lot of milk.
I have frozen milk with success, however I don't like it for drinking after it's been frozen, I just use it for baking. Freeze it in small amounts-like 1/2 cup or 1 cup so that you only have to thaw what you need.

Pancakes take sh*tloads of milk and you can freeze. Also why not make a selection of sauces eg pepper, cheese, parsely as all of these can be frozen, good luck with the milk draining now!!!

there's a recipe for a cake called Tres Leches, that takes a lot of milk. I also recently found out about a product called Milk Jam or Dulce Leche. You can search for the recipe, 'cause that's how I found it, didn't save it though, so can't help you with that. Sawy!

You can freeze milk, but thaw it completely, in the fridge before drinking it or it will be gross. Also making your own gravies and cheese sauces use it up. Potato soup is another good alternative.

Pancakes take a lot of liquid, especially milk. So do many other cake recipes.

Your best bet would be pudding or pudding pops in the freezer. You better invite all the kiddies from town or go door to door!
