well, depends on if he's more than just a friend? I'd accept the offer, telling him that you owe him nothing in return (unless you like him), and that buying it for you is a gift. I would feel a little worried if he asked you to model it tho. he might like you without knowing how to tell you. just ask him!!! the worst he can say is no .

But hey, give him the go ahead... once he gives it to you with no-strings-attached free will, it's yours to do whatever you want with.
