You must call her and ask her to step down from being a bridesmaid. I realize it sucks but each as soon as in a whilst brides are faced with this terrible descision. She is hanging you in a bad spot. She will have to be at the least performing adore it's an honor to be in a wedding. I don't think you should take the myspace thing critically... It can be simply myspace. However sadly, you have got to ask her to step down if she's going to be petty on myspace, and get offended if you can not pay for her dress and all the other stuff. Trust me, you might nonetheless be competent to seek out someone to fill her spot... Considering that you do not need to ask a groomsman to step down if he failed to do whatever improper. Just right luck!

Tons and tons of water, it will help seriously drink it until you pee clear every day. Water pills can help although it isn't always good for you, depending on certain health condituons you may have. STOP eating salty snacks, they make you swell and it will be very helpful if you just speed walk, even around your block at least once a day. Ten lbs in a week is tough so there is no easy fix, you will have to put some work into it.

Cut out non-essential foods. Eat to live, don't live to eat.
Cut out coffee's and all sugar and starches. This includes fruits for the time being, which turn to sugar.
Drink lots of water and at the very least, walk, walk, walk. Park further away from work or school or the grocery store. Use the back of the lot and save the front spaces for Seniors (We should be doing that anyway).
Pray! :)

NO CARBS! Eat meat, cheese, salads, eggs, mayo, butter. NO SUGAR. You will lose water weight fast and should be able to get in that dress. You may need to take some potassium tablets if you get to feeling weak or shaky since the weight comes off fast. Just DON"T eat any carbs or it won't work. Drink lots of water and diet drinks. GOOD LUCK!

Hi there!
Cut your calories to 1500 per day and then try to stay as active as you can, this should help you lose about two pounds per week if you stick to it. Hopefully, in time for the wedding.
I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.
Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

drink LOTS of water, that will help with the water wieght... avoid foods high in sodium, try low carb, low calorie... and do some slight excersize... when washing dishes, flex your feet so you go up and down on your tippy toes, take stairs two at a time, and avoid snacking on junk food.... instead, reach for almonds or granola to help curb appetite. Good luck!

Go to a health food store and start a colon cleanse. Also, do a high cardio workout and drink lots of water as it will help with the cleanse.
