he seems to be upset when I wear skirts or cleavage revealing shirts? I mean he is never mad to the point of yelling or anything but he will alway say things like think that skirt short enough. Or if were outside hanging out he'll try to make me go sit on the porch like a kid? What is that all about?

He likes you more than he is letting on. Is he shy? Maybe he has difficulty expressing just how strongly he feels for you. If you can get him to admit he likes you more than he has previously said, perhaps you can save those sexier outfits for when you are alone on a date and then you can dress more conservatively when his friends are around.
Assuming you do move to the "boyfriend / girlfriend" stage, suggest to him that he should be complimented that his friends also find you attractive, and that you have no intention of acting on that, so he shouldn't feel threatened.

He's insecure and doesn't want you showing off your great assets around his friends. If he's thinking "damn, my girl looks hot in that skirt", he knows or feels his friends might be thinking the same thing. And no one wants their friends, lusting after their mates so I think this is the problem. He doesn't want his friends eyeing you and getting ideas that you might actually have a hot body. But beneath the surface, this all boils down to plain old insecurity issues on his part. If bold enough, he might even believes one of his friends might even entertain the idea of making a pass at you behind his back. So he's trying to prevent, the uninevitable by controlling what you wear when they're around.

Fist of all, what is : " were not in a real relationship"? either you are or your not. The guy that your kind of seeing is insecure to the point that he doesn't want the whole world seeing what you have,meaning if you show off the goods someone else might want to partake in it too. This is not showing you respect,it's his insecurity's coming out. Sounds like he just wants you like a possession not his woman.You need to kind-of move on. Good luck.

I guess his possessive that he doesn't like other guys seeing you in those clothes. It might seem sweet at first that he likes you all for himself but it could be scary in a long run. I had a friend who dated a guy who was possessive at first she said it was cute that he just cares what other guys would say when she wears skirts but then he started being really possessive he tells her who to go out with and what to wear. if its bugging you its your call you would see what he really is in time

Not in a "real relationship" means you guys just f*cked a few times. Perfectly fine. But what seems to be the problem is that he seems to think its more than just that. You have to set him straight let him know whats whats. Good Luck

Girrl.... Leave him alone. You are getting signs and your head and heart are in confusion. One of the common factors of most females who are abused is that the guy is extremely possessive and controlling. Usually the guy is nice at first to get you to be his friend, but within a few months signs start showing. Don't get it twisted and if you or him are engaging in alcohol/drugs while together... you are really putting yourself in danger. Please if you don't believe me, go find out for yourself at a battered women's shelter or courthouse.

He's simply jealous and doesn't want anyone else looking at you. If you have feelings for him and he obviously has feelings for you why not try to discuss having a real relationship.
