You may have some build up of previously used products. Or you may be using too much of the product. Try to use just a little of the Matrix product first and see if that works, if not then try a cleansing shampoo and see if that works. If nothing works then make a paste of baking soda and water. Smear it into wet hair and rub it around well into the hair. Wait about 10 minutes and rinse really well. If you can ...get a mirror and see if you see any white stuff on your hair. If you do then you have a bad deposit of product and will have to do it again. After that you should be fine. Shampoo and condition as usual.

in case you flat iron (or use different warmth on your hair) in many cases, that is significant to apply a deep conditioner as quickly as each and every week (the type you go away in, possibly with a plastic cap on top). there are a number of at your close by drug save (olive oil conditioners and so on.) additionally use protectant spays previously drying or ironing. Matrix is a good line of professional products. I in basic terms tried Dangerouly right this moment shampoo/conditionerby Clairol/organic Essence. low priced yet did a good activity. Then i exploit "take place the warmth" flat iron secure practices spray. you have have been given to truly survive conditioning and protecting dry hair. good success!
