I think the upper limit for LV is 415V? but not sure about MV-LV

lv starts at 110v upto 415v
mv415v upto 1kv
hv ikv up

Anything above 1000Volts is HV everything below it is LV there is no MV

Cant understand your question but the IEEE safety Manuel is like this. it is not the voltage that kills,it is the current that pases from hand to hand. 100 Mili amps to 200 ma will cause the heart to flutter and quit pumping u got 4 min to get help. less than 100 ma only hurts. above 200 ma causes burns.

LV means " low voltage"
MV means " medium voltage"
HV means " high voltage"
