I've met this guy at a farewell dinner. I've got his email address and we've start chatting, messaging and calling each other for 3 weeks. We've planned to meet each other. I liked him but I'm not sure if I should because it is like I've only known him for 3 weeks.
Should I tell?

I say meet up with him to see how you guys work in social settings. It's easier to communicate through emails and the phone when you don't' have to be sitting face to face. So meet up with him again, this time one on one at like a restaurant or coffee or something, and get to know him in person. I say give it a few times of hanging out, maybe only twice, before you put your feelings on the table. Good luck! This beginning stuff is always so exciting!! :)

Having doubts about someone new is healthy and normal. I'd meet him at another well-lit, public place where people you know will (possibly be around).
Don't go private with anyone until you feel completely and totally safe and sure...and even then, always keep your antenna up. Respect everyone...trust no one.

yeah he should know how you feel dont leave the guy in the dark. just tell him that it is too soon because you dont fel like you've gotten to know him yet and you dont feel comftorable meeting yet, if he really likes you he will understand and try to see things youre way. it may sound harsh to do but it may be the best. because what if you turn out NOT to like the guy..then you just wasted youre time on another guy

Well, if you've already seen each other and have talked for 3 weeks, I guess going out and testing the waters isn't really bad. i mean, it's not like you're deciding to get married or something, right?

Babes, I think you should at least go out on a date or couple, to see exactly what this guy is all about. The you can make your own decision, whether you want to date this guy further or not. Or probably you all can just stay friends. (Give it try)

wait and see what happens after you meet again if you think he feels the same way then let him know how you feel but otherwise don't set yourself up for failure or heartbreak

If your not sure then dont do it. Make a list of reasons of why you shouldnt go and why you should go. Then decide what to do (it always works).
