God doesnt cause suffering, sin is the cause of all suffering. Suffering is in a way a good thing because without suffering we wouldnt trust in God as much (because we wouldnt need to) and we wouldnt get to know the Grace of God. But its not the fact that there is suffering that's important, its the promise that God will be with us when we are going through it.

You misunderstand friend. Indeed we are all God's children, and there is no doubt in my mind he loves us all equally. You must realize, he made us a promise, a promise he will not and cannot break. Free will. he gave us free reign over our home, and over each other. What awaits us next, only those who cannot tell us know. Realize he forgave the very men who killed his real son. Also, while it was his plan from the start, can a father, who takes likelyness of god, not be enraged at his son's death? His promise of free will, also the promise of heaven or hell, is why people throghout history have suffered due to someone else, also due to location. Indeed there is fruitful land in this world, but perhaps with the enourmus population we were never meant to spiral out of controll, also realize, people like Hitler and Stalin and such, theres very little chance they found eternal paradise.

For many thousands of years, many must have asked similar question. In some religions the answer is to pay for the past sins in the previous life. The sufferings that person got is equivalent to what many knew it as hell. Man committed sins while he has a physical body, can it be repaid by a spiritual body that do not have any sense? Hence, reincarnation would be able to answer the question. Christianity taught that there is no reincarnation, and that you only have one chance, either you end up in heaven or hell. Many pastors taught that Jesus had paid for their sins and that they would end up in heaven as a Christian. Did not Jesus said that one have to repent and sin no more. But many continue to sin and put the blame on Satan, and continue to claim that Jesus had paid for it - is it not continuing to crucify Christ by doing so? Many refuses to accept Christianity when they look upon the Christians paying only lip service to their belief. Other Christians continue to sin as many others of the same faith did. The problem is made worst by influential Christians in the public and even in the churches. For nearly 2000 years now that Christianity had exist and yet it had failed to save man. The failure is not the belief but the believers and the most accountable are the teachers who failed to taught the truth - probably the blind leading the blinds. So many Christians failed to lead a life with the fear of the wrath of God.
I tried to trace it to the source of Christianity where it got the source -Jesus. Jesus got his teaching from Judaism - our Old Testament. Some religious Rabbis believe in reincarnations. Reincarnation is the strongest argument for why some people suffer so much while others do not. It seem so fair that one have to pay for what one did - it is the way to make the person feel how it would be like if one is the victim for what one did in the past. There is no better way then to experience it. Further tracing leads me to Kaballah which was restricted to those Jews above 40 in older times but not now. It further explain why we are here on this earth. I found it very difficult to understand in the beginning but gradually begin to understand it a little with persistent. It would answer what you are searching. - Reincarnation is the way to purify our soul until we reach the stage where we are reunited with the Creator (Heaven?).

Romans 8:28 God works all thing for good for those who love Him ...
you might have a narrow view of suffering where God does not use it for a greater good.. many great people in the Bible suffered
I recommend the DVD on the Naitonal Conference on Suffering and especially the talk Joni Erikson Tada did, she was a parapalegic from a diving accident about 30+ years ago and feels the suffering has stretched her to help her know God better but I recommend listening to her tell it not my short description

First of all God DOES exist. Second this happens because you choose how life goes. See we are here on earth and have a choice. Either go with God and actually believe in him and do right or go with the devil. If you go with the devil like alot of leaders do in other countries then things like that end up happening. Trust me if it's not your fault God sees that. There is so much proof of God existing I don't know why anyone doubts him. Anyways I hope I answered the best I could.

If it was it would be heaven. God gives us free will. A lot of it is by our own hand. If you stand in front of a train, do you not get run over by the train? Or are you going to blame God for not getting your out of the way or stopping the train. A lot of what happens is our own fault and man's evil. Why didn't God stop those terrorists? Because those men took themselves and flew those planes into buildings. A great evil of killing innocent people just to make some kind of point. We are not puppets, we make our own choices.

We live in a cursed world of sin which is our own making. God, through faith in Christ, made a way to have fellowship with Him, as it was in the beginning with Adam and Eve. Sin seperates us from God. Although difficult things happen to all, perseverance for the believer, brings about more faith. To the unbelieving, suffering often simply leads to more suffering and anger.
Remember we are insignificant. Our sin condemns us justly to an eternal existence in hell. To the faithful in Jesus Christ, howeverr, our significance is not from anything we did, but what Christ did for us. It is through Him we have forgiveness, a justified relationship before the Father, the power of the Holy Spirit, a right to be called children of God, and salvation of our souls. We should be profoundly grateful for what Jesus did for us.

We are all here to learn and grow and we do that through our different experiences. You will never know true hunger until you are without food. Some wise man once told me that Gold becomes purer the longer it is held in the fire. So like Gold we learn more and grow faster when we experience the good and bad of life.

We are all his children via the breath he gave to Adam. Adam's sin doomed us all to the second death, eternal separation from God. By his love and mercy he has provided a way for a remnant to be saved. The Christ said," I pray for the world, not the whole world but of those that thou hath given me , I shall not lose one.
His Kingdom is not of this world. Which is better, to live 80 years in the lap of luxury then spend eternity in hell, or to live 80 years in pain and spend eternity in heavenly mansions in the light of the Father? The Bible tells us that the wicked seem to prosper and it also tells us that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Because of free will- we have the ability to make our own choices, and some of our bad choices lead to poverty, war etc. If we didn't have free will we would simply be robots, all acting in the same way (boring, huh). The inequality and suffering the world is a side-effect of our own free will.
I'm not religious by the way, this is just what I have been told. x
