dont worry its a common problem for guys. from a womens point of view you should try and make foreplay last as long as possible then love making will come naturally and tend to last longer

work your PC muscle. flex it all day long at least 300 times per repetition. you know the muscle. you have to use it when you stop urinating. squeeze it and feel it contract. after a few months of working it you will notice the ability to have a self induced erection. after even more training (learning to retain semen) you will be able to achieve male multiple orgasms. chicks love it. trust me. have nice work out.

Clean the tubes mate.

Make sure you are 'running on empty' before going for it if PE is a problem.

It'll last longer and just be better. Don't worry about 'lack of reserves', your body will deal with that.
