advil for now
rest...and lots of fluids. most of the soreness is probably (maybe) due to under-hydration.
try not to do the same exercises on the same day. stagger muscle group exercises. you need the muscles to establish what you've done to them.
if you don't let it rest, it will be counter-productive.
you must eat (healthy stuff) within 30 minutes of a work-out. protein for mass...carbs to replenish some energy for the next session.
hydrating and stretching are the most important to keep from soreness.

I do Tae bo too... you really shouldn't do that much! Start slow. And if you do eat snickers it's OK just drink a large bottle of water and it will help to flush it out of your system quickly....also your body burns calories at a record speed for about half an hour after you finish a work out. So if the snickers was in that time frame it never even hit your system. Don't exercise again until your muscles are better... a day or two - and then only do your 30 min. For now take a long hot soak and then an easy stretch, take some aleve or ibuprofen to reduce the swelling and soreness, and then ice for any place is really hurting. Good luck!

Give it time, stretch as much as you can, and eat protein. Rest until you feel uninjured, then start working out again. You overdid it, but next time your body will be more adjusted and it won't be nearly as bad. At this point, more than a day after the activities, heat will stimulate blood flow to repair the damaged tissues faster.

You sure did it to yourself. Poor baby. Don't do any more exercises until it wears off some. In the meantime, full your tub with warm water and pour in Epsom salt (you can buy it at the drug store-Rite Aid, Duane Reade, CBS, etc.), then you lie in the tub and soak in the warm water and Epsom salt. Whatever you do, don't fall asleep in the tub. lol. Epsom salt is good for a lot of things and sore muscles is one of them. Hope you feel better.

you need to do a light stretching for your muscles, NOT a workout. If you dont stretch, it is only going to hurt more.
Take 2 tylenols, to help with the pain... And try taking hot-cold showers. hot for 2 min, cold for 2 min, and you should feel much better. If you can get someone to give you a LIGHT massage, it would help too.
And dont work out until you feel your muscles have recovered 100%
