It seems like my stomach is always upset for one reason or another. If I eat too much, my stomach hurts. If I drink too much, my stomach hurts. If I'm worried about something, my stomach hurts. Even sometimes when nothing has happened, my stomach just hurts. Should I ask a doctor or do I just have a sensitive stomach?

Well - a lot of people get this. My sis, and my Mom - I had it too. We would all have upset tummies all the time, particularly if there was something stressful going on.

My sister and my Mom are still sensitive in their tummies - I haven't been at all since I started drinking kefir (a fermented milk drink, similar to yogourt - you can make your own or buy it premade in a health food store - contact me if you need more info) and eating better. I follow Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon, and my whole family has never felt better!

I'm still working on my Mom and sis to try this out - if they would give it a try for a little while, or at least incorporate a few changes... oh well. Maybe someday.

Some people have sensitive stomachs. Try taking a supplement to balance your tract. I like using plain old acidopolus pills. Like eating yogurt without the gross slimy feeling in your mouth. This helps my "wobbly tummy."

You could have an ulcer. It'd be best to talk with your doctor.
