In my 20+ years of customer service I will say that men are by far more respectful of a public bathroom and the same regarding cleanliness. No matter the occassion, weddings or any banquets, just a casual atmosphere place, shopping malls, etc. I know from my own visual experience. Some women will toss anything on the floor, and I mean "anything". The counter tops are a mess, but the individual stalls are disgusting and enough to make one ill. I could not believe that one of my own sex could be so dirty and with such disregard for their fellow females who do not follow in this manner of disgust.

hawkthree I somewhat agree with you and that is why I said "some" women. Granted, all circumstances are different and I know alot of men do not wash their hands. But...as a person who spent 10-16 hours a day-6 days a week, I can say I have seen fellow female co-workers which absolutely bewilderewed me when I happened to be in that room at the same time they were. With all due respect, I think we may be surprised to see the % of men who do wash their hands as opposed to how many females do. I am only being honest and fair, and giving credit where credit is due. However, Again I stress, this does not include ALL women, and case scenarios may have impact. But, what I am saying IMHO is that when it comes down to the bottom line, I believe Men get a Gold Star for this one.

Give me a break. Women get stuck taking the kids to the bathroom with them. By the time a woman takes care of the child and is constantly on the lookout that no one will grab the child, that the child won't run out the door while she's peeing or won't grab something gross, a woman hardly has her mind on wiping the counter.
The reason men's bathroom counters are cleaner is that 70% of men don't wash their hands. They simply walk out.
Part of the problem of women's rooms having toilet paper pieces on the floor comes from the inadequate holders for toilet paper. Business like to slow down the roll on the theory they're saving money. Meanwhile a woman who grabs at the roll comes away with pieces rather than a usable strip. (Try doing that with a wriggly kid as well). Men can do most of their bathroom work without using tp.

I have cleaned up both male and female bathrooms. Women may have kotex in the trash which a lot of males especially would be disgusted by, buy men pee all around the potty which stinks, so I would guess they are both as bad.

I don't go into the mens rooms since I'm female so I have no comparison. But the women's restrooms are absolutley horrendous everywhere I go.'

I think both sexes have nastiness on their side. Men pee on the floor, while women drop stuff and won't pick it up...then again men do the same things....so I think that they are equally bad.

For some strange reason the men's room is usually cleaner. But we always have more clutter in our rooms, homes, and garages.. hmm

considering you're saying you're a MTF transsexual, you're curiously a girl. I do ask your self what objective is served by using asking human beings on the internet, while it is something basically you are able to recognize.
