For months, I've always felt like this one guy in the department next to mine had a thing for me. Well, I would sense him staring at me. I never thought he was my type so I remained uninterested. But recently, the new intern in my department developed a crush on him and she thus went on to bug him all the time. She would ask him various questions and would come to me and tell me all that he told her. What I learned surprised me a bit and warmed my heart, and I began to see him in a different light. But I still didn't like him like that. Then one day, I locked myself out of my own car. I desperately needed a ride somewhere, and he was the only person available. So he was sweet enough to give me a ride.. And to be frank, the next few days consisted of giggling to myself whenever I would see him. It's been a week now. And I'm not sure if this guy still likes me like I thought he did in the beginning. I don't know if I should tell him or wait for him to make the first move.. Help!

Be casual, ask him if he would like to come for dinner or a movie with you.

I'm sure you know the dangers of work romances, so I'll skip that. I will say that those dangers are more of a threat to men than they are to women, so this guy has a legitimate reason to not act on how he feels. Tell this guy how you feel. If he had a thing for you and at this point hasn't been able to come to you and tell you how he felt, he aint gonna do it now. You either need to tell him what's up or at least make it as AS OBVIOUS AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE that you are interested. Men have a tough time reading you women and he isn't going to make a move if he's not sure.

Hide somewhere in the office. When he walks by, jump out and scream at the top of your lungs. Do this every day for a month. Then ask him out. If he can't deal with crazy shouty woman, he's probably a child molester or something.

Relationships with co-workers rarely work out. It's best to forget him. If something were to happen after you two got together, just try to imagine how work life would be for you then.
