Use goof off in the spray can it won't hurt the glass but with take the paint off without having to scrape it most likely. Goof Off is the best!

Warm the spots with a hair dryer and gently scrape with a single edge razor blade.

there are two ways to remove paint from glass
1 you can scrape it off with ascraper gently do the scrappiing to avoid scratch
2 you can also use gasoline with cotton wool or a small napkin preferably cotton not nylon to rub it off gently its just easy once its soaked with the gasoline

A new stanley knife blade is best, but treat yourself to a little plastic holder/handle which makes it safer and more controllable
