Spirits are neither male nor female.
But God apparently is more like a man than a women (in appearance) because calls Himself, Father, He, Himself, etc...

it just became a notion for people to call God as our father or to consider him as a male. because, first of all, a father is the one who has the power in the family.... but you can also call God as your mother if that's where you are comfortable with. Because God is a spirit. he has no gender. you can't determine the gender of a spirit,... GOD is neither male nor female, He is not a father and doesn't have Son, He is the creater of the universe that's the reason why we call him GOD (Allah).

If he had no vagina either would that mean he also wasnt female?

I dont think he needs genitals to reproduce, and since he created us with the words of his mouth and not with eggs and sperm thats what he designed for our bodies to be able to produce offspring.

Why dont you ask him.
