pros·ti·tu·tion
noun
Definition:
1. work of prostitute: the act of engaging in sexual intercourse or performing other sex acts in exchange for money
When you consider how many women marry for money, get guys to take them to fancy restaurants, buy them drinks, expensive gifts, etc, you will realize that prostitution IS ALREADY LEGAL.

When you have a kept women or man
Paying for there apartment, food, clothing, gifts. but don't live with them, just visit for sex there seems to be nothing wrong with it
but when you ask for just money for a couple of hours of anonymous sex it is a crime
I just think it is up to the person and it will go on weather or not it is legal or not. because someone always wants that type of sex no strings
If you have a one night stand some time one of the people want more but if you go to a prostitute you know the drill.
Just make sure that safe sex is used and protect yourself.

If prostitution were made legal it would ,be able to be taxed, the prostitutes would be checked and kept healthy, the spread of diseases would be checked, rapes would be down somewhat,we would need less enforcement . All said and done it will not go away and as said, it probably should not be so why not control it like Denmark or other countries.

Let it be. I could stick a carmera and pay 2 people to have sex and call it a Porno movie. but if I dont use a carmea and only pay 1 person they it is a crime
It sound silly to me
and by the way, the idea that Prostition is going to save marrages is just as silly

1. Health Care, wage guarantees and other protection plans for the workers that everyone else has
2. Big cut out of organized crime income will help weaken the Mob and cut crime
3. Government oversight helps alleviate the drug trade's ties to prostitutes who abuse or are abused by drug dealers (see #2)
4. Govt. oversight reduces STD risks in the trade
5. Govt. oversight reduces abuse of women by clients and pimps
6. Govt. oversight prevents a sexual slave trade that is currently plaguing Eastern Europe
7. Huge tax revenue base that currently goes to organized crime
Of course, between the Mob and right-wing fundamentalists, none of this will ever happen.

1) Can be regulated if it's legal- must be licensed and insured, and have a "clean bill of health"
2) Prostitiutes will then pay taxes like the rest of us
3) Simply an exchange of goods and services between consenting adults- how is that "wrong"?
4) Why is prostitution illegal, but pornography is not? You can't pay me to have sex with you, but you can pay me to have sex with you and video-tape it? Huh?

I don't know why it is illegal besides the fact that there are some dirty people walking around having sex unprotected. If they have some kind of system like the porn industry, most porn stars are tested and/or use protection from STD's. If they did something like that I don't see anything wrong with it

prostitution should be legal because it is the oldest profession. making it illegal hasn't made it go away. there are some people who cannot get anyone to have sex with them so why not go to a prostitute. i saw a show about the bunny ranch on hbo and this one guy's mom brought him in so that his first time would be with someone who had experience and would do a good job. prostitutes provide a valuable service.

they should make it leagel and tax that service as well. however not just anyone could "get into" the proffesion. it would be a regular job that you had to apply for and it would come with benefits and all. also you couldn't have any dieseas or be a druggy. the women would be not be allowed to have the men use condoms, and if they get pregnant, oh well and no chance ever of child support or any type of assistance. what do u think?
