a wide range of signs and symptoms are associated with bowel cancer. these are: changes in bowel habits, small caliber stools or goat-dung like stools, gross blood in the stools or occult (microscopic) blood in stool, black stools, anemia, abdominal pain, abdominal mass, weight loss..... it is best to see a specialist for this matter so that an intensive work up could be done.
