Leave out the "just."

'Kindly attach the receipt' or 'Please attach the receipt.'

...unless, of course, Kindly did just attach the receipt.

Neither would be said in a questioning form. This type of sentence would be an interrogative: Kindly attach the receipt. If it must be a question: Would you kindly attach the receipt?
