I know they say not to use whitening toothpaste because underneath the brackets will stay the same, but I assume that smoking will do the same. I'm just curious on anyone else's thoughts on this.

I got braces last year for my 30th birthday and I smoke.
I brush extra because I smoke and have my teeth cleaned regularly and there were no problems with discoloration. They are off now and they arent two-toned or anything. They also say becareful drinking sodas because of this. Make sure you use a straw and drink water afterward. I dont think you should use the whitening paste yet. wait till they are off.

Smoking will just make you teeth discoloured even if you use whitening toothpaste. If you quit smoking, then you can use the whitening toothpaste and your teeth will remain white

circulate to dollar Tree they have countless diverse selections for whitening teeth. look on the dental aisle and that they are going to probable have slightly tray which you place whitening paste on the tray. they'd have mouthwashes, whitening equipment, and the teeth paste for whitening. And each and everything is $a million. stable luck! ?
