Just be yourself & act normal. Tell your mom how you feel meeting her. Honesty is the best thing when you are meeting someone important. Pretending as someone else will just make things worst. Ask whatever things that you wish to know about your mom but if she have problem giving you answer, you should not push her too hard. Just treat your mom as new friends & lets see what happen next. I'm sure she a nice person. Good luck!

Not sure how old u r, but i went through this at 17, met my dad for the first time, the hard part was his anger that he had missed so much of my childhood. But the good side was they all made me so welcome. I found myself very shy (not like me) so just be urself but dotn go overboard if ur a gregarious person, hold back till they get to know u. Dress like u would for a grandma party, better to be overdressed than underdressed, nice dress etc. Then u can always say if u wanna leave, its been lovely meeting u all and Im looking forward to seeign u all again soon, but im going now cos its all a bit overwhelming, thank you

Like you are, does she know you are coming? She made the mistake not being in your life & should be putting her best foot forward. Dress neatly & try not to worry. You should be yourself & remember your Dad loves you.

I have never met my real mother or father. I don't really wanna met them either. Have fun and be yourself. Show her what a wonderful person you became... Congrats!

Just be yourself, she has to take you for who you are,she is probably just as nervous as you, and worried what you will think of her.
