Usually that would mean getting bored, and then drinking alcohol to relieve the boredom, which is NOT a good idea, and then vomiting blood due to a BLEEDING ULCER-!!! Not good !!! You should obviously go to an internal medicine doctor and explain the symptom(s).

You are talking about a SERIOUS condition. This can happen for many different reasons... board not being one of them.
If you are serious then you NEED to get to a Dr. and be seen ASAP.
I TRULY hope that you are just "trying" to be funny and that you are not in this situation.

No. It's not funny to joke about something like this. Many people suffering from bulimia have had this experience and it is very frightening. This is something that requires serious medical attention.
