Are people getting fed up with illegals coming to America?

I have notice that the majority of people here seem to be totally anti illegal aliens? The pro stance seems to be that you are racist if you are anti illegal alien. My question is do you think that this ground swell against the criminals that come here will make the lawmakers notice that the American people are getting fed up?

They are already taking notice. It won't be long before their shaking in their boots.

America belongs to us. If our leaders do not listen, we will deal harshly with them. Goodbye to the cushy DC job and hello to returning back to the real world.

I personally would like to see less illegal immigration. That does not mean that I am at all against legal immigration, indeed I am a huge supporter of those who come here to make a better life for themselves. However, those who wish to illegally enter, pay no taxes, and undoubtedly commit other crimes, all while enjoying the benefits of the citizenry, at the expense of the citizens, have no sympathy from me. And since I vote, the lawmakers will have to notice.

I sure frickin hope so. And pro illegal immigration supporters only have the one card to play and that is the race card but it is now starting to look like that strategy is back firung on them as more and more people are outraged at being called racist for opposing people crossing our borders without permission and wrecking havoc in our cities and states. I hope the government comes to it's sense before it become a violent situation pitting US citizens against Hispanic immigrants. So many people are fed up I fear this will happen pretty soon.

Hell yes I am fed up with it. The question is what will be done about it? What can be done about it? Write you congressman, write your Senator. Do you honestly think that will do any good ? Maybe we could vote them out. They would be replaced by someone who is as brain dead as they. If you think it is not too good, wait. In five years or less we will look back on this time as the good old days. Most of the time I feel like I am on a 747 piloted by a guy that had three flight lessons in a piper cub and has 20/60 vision and lost his glasses.

The people who come here only become criminals when they come here (well, for most that is the case).

I suspect no, the lawmakers will notice but not act, since business will want the cheaper labor, they contribute more to campaigns and you underestimate their perception of American demographic trends.

Being anti illegal does not equal to racist. Illegals came from everywhere, Europe, Canada, Asia, South America, and Africa. We just want them to come legally and obey the law. I personally think that pro illegal equal to not respecting US LAW.

i'm not racists but i'm tired of paying taxes to feed them on welfare and paying for their health care. when an american born has to pay more for their own health then they do. it's not fair. they always come over here saying how proud they to be where they come from if that is the case then go back. if americans were to go to germany to live, the germans would never have radio, tv or signs written english to accommodate us. we would have to adjust to their life style. so why can't they adjust to our and do thing the legal way instead of wanting everything given to them on a silver platter.

No. They work cheap and keep the cost of our manufactured goods down. Americans don't want to do their work, and if we were forced to we'd demand minimum wage and decent health care.

Our costs for manufactured goods would then skyrocket.

Just because you (or whoever tells you) say there's a ground swell of opposition to the illegals doesn't make it so. I'll take my facts from real life, not some pundit's drug-addicted fat lips, thank you.

It's good to see American Natives complaining about your own illegal ancestors. Too bad they couldn't mount a "ground swell" against you and your kind.

Now go back to your ancestors' home lands and stop taking jobs away from the natives in America.
