What trouble are you having? It does help when you describe your problem(s).

Many time download problems are due to a cluttered computer. Try cleaning your Browsers cache.

Tools>Internet Options>General tab> Delete Cookies>Delete files (in the window that open check the box for Delete Offline Content)>Clear History buttons.

Windows Temporary Files can also cause download problems. Here is how to delete them:

Exit all running programs including the Browser. Go to Start>Run> type "%temp%" (no quote marks)>OK>in this window go to the menu bar and EDIT>Select All>in the area that expanded click the Delete. Close the window.

Check the HD for defragmenting. Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmenter. Defragment if it recommends you to do so.

If you use a DSL modem. Turn off your Modem, Computer, Monitor in this order. Wait a couple of minutes and then restart the system in reverse order.

Try to download again.
