Hi! To get such hairstyle just dye your hair and use some product. Or take the picture to the salon so that they do it for you, I mean dying and first time styling. Later you'll be able to make styling yourself. The star of the football field looks brilliant with this fresh hair design.

That would be platinum blonde. You would have to bleach your hair I think. If you want it to look good, take the photo and go see a professional hairdresser. Hair is their specialty. I spend $$ on my hair because there is nothing worse than a bad haircut/dye. Good luck
