there is French Toast Waffles
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 cup pancake/waffle mix
* 2 teaspoons white sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 cup cold milk
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat waffle iron. In a large mixing bowl, combine waffle mix, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
2. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.

salmon benedict, fresh brewed coffee, a fruit
1 english muffin, 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce, steamed asparagus (for the side)
cut the english muffin in two, put one poached egg on each side, 1 slice of salmon on each, and some hollandaise sauce on top, hmmmmmmmmmm delicious, and nutricious. u won't need a snack until lunch

Eggs are good too.A glass of milk,rose flavoured or badam-milk or horlicks. And then a glass of fresh friut juice.
