I would take that can of salmon and mix it with an egg and seasoned bread crumbs (plain breadcrumbs, garlic and creole seasonings) add some finely chopped onions. Shape into patties and fry in hot oil (canola oil). Then I'd mix some sour cream, 1/2 cup of seeded and chopped cucumber and a shake or two of dill and dollop over the cooked patties.
