Can any one send me code or description of how to protect user name and password when a user clicks on the submit button in the login page and now in the network any one can trace the user name and password entered in the login form. Now we need to protect them.

Use SSL on your webpages (https://...). This encrypts all information being sent to and from the server. Not sniffable or traceable. You can generate a self-signed SSL certificate, or you can pay $$$ for one signed by Verisign or other widely trusted SSL cert authority.
